1) 🇺🇾 Suarez is Coming
Luis Suarez will be an Inter Miami player.
According to Cesar Luis Merlo, Suarez will join the South Florida team at the end of December when his contract expires with Gremio.
Suarez has tallied 20 G/A in 20 games this year. The Uruguayan has shown he’s still capable of scoring when his team needs him.
Adding the Uruguayan will make Miami’s attack even more potent.
Though he’s aged, Suarez has shown he can still score.
The Herons will have to wait until December to bring him to the team.
Our take: Though a controversial figure, Suarez has shown he’s still got it.
2)⚽ MLS Playoff Round-up
The first round of the MLS Playoffs has officially concluded. Here’s what you missed:
The biggest takeaway from these rounds of games is that several teams that scored multiple goals over the course of the tie will have to do it all over again if they want to move on to the next round.
The new playoff system isn’t everyone’s favorite.
Though the games have been entertaining, it still lacks the drama of a home-away leg.
Various teams have the chance to book its ticket to the next round.
Our take: The MLS playoffs are always exciting, but this year, the new format has many people disinterested.
